Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 team members, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming store environment, ensuring exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and minimizing losses.
  • Financial Management: Authorize payments, manage cash, and oversee payroll administration.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
