Building Maintenance Worker

We are seeking a skilled and physically fit individual to join our team at BLOOMING RENOVATIONS CORP. as a Construction Laborer. This is a permanent position that requires a high level of physical activity and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities- Loading and Unloading Materials: Assist in loading and unloading construction materials, such as lumber, drywall, and roofing materials, from trucks and equipment.
- Erecting and Dismantling Structures: Help to erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
- Mixing and Applying Materials: Assist in mixing and applying materials such as concrete and asphalt, and ensure that they are applied according to specifications.
- Assisting with Framing and Building: Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs, and ensure that all work is done to a high standard.
- Demolition and Debris Removal: Assist in demolishing buildings and removing rubble and other debris from construction sites.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean and maintain equipment and tools, and perform routine maintenance work as required.
This is a physically demanding role that requires working outdoors in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in noisy and dusty conditions.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
- Physical Abilities: You must be physically fit and able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
