Talent Acquisition Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team in St. Thomas, ON. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will play a critical role in supporting the recruitment process, from posting job requisitions to coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
Key Responsibilities- Manage various stages of the recruitment process, including initial candidate screening, interview coordination, and background checks.
- Develop and refine our interview scheduling workflow to ensure an efficient and organized process.
- Assist with interview logistics and support the selection process.
- Liaise with business stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure all parties are updated throughout the process.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates to provide a positive recruitment experience.
- Post-secondary education in Business, Human Resources, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- 2+ years of experience within a fast-paced Human Resources or Recruitment environment, ideally with coordination responsibilities.
- Exposure to Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a strong asset.
- Strong customer service orientation with a high attention to detail and sensitivity to confidential information.
- Proven ability with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Proven ability to manage challenging timelines and priorities with confidence and skills.
- Strong organizational abilities, communication skills, and attention to detail.
- A flexible and collaborative team dynamic.
