About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate at H&M. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, creating a seamless shopping experience, and driving sales growth.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized service to customers, offering style advice and product knowledge to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, adhering to H&M's visual merchandising standards.
  • Process transactions efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
  • Unload delivery trucks, receive, and unpack merchandise, labeling items with security tags.
  • Stock and replenish garments on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
  • Educate customers about H&M's loyalty program and promote our brand.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and create a positive working environment.
  • Follow H&M's safety and security protocols to ensure a secure shopping environment.

Qualifications:

  • Passionate about customer service and helping people find their style.
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Inclusive, positive, creative, and willing to learn on the job.
  • A team player with a flexible approach.
  • Able to lift in excess of 20 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Ability to climb a ladder and use a step stool.
  • Flexible work schedule, including nights and weekends.
