We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Communications and Events Specialist to join our SAP iXp Intern team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing events, and providing internal communications support for our SAP Labs Montreal Office.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy to align with our national comms strategy and engage with our internal stakeholders.
- Create compelling and effective content across various channels, including social media, email, and internal communications platforms.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events, including in-person, virtual, and hybrid events, to promote our company culture and values.
- Support the planning and execution of national events, including marketing materials, meeting content, coordination, and speaker preparation.
- Manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful event execution.
- Collaborate with internal partners, including IT, Facilities, and Security, to ensure seamless event execution.
- Provide logistics support for the Managing Director's office, including liaising with event suppliers, receiving visitors, and coordinating meeting logistics.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with event coordination, project management, and content creation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing software.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or equivalent.
