{"Job Opportunity:

Reporting to the Group Product Manager for the RW&CO brand, the buyer is responsible for defining the seasonal collection within the brand's aesthetics and guidelines to continue to propel the brand into the future and delight the customer season after season.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop the right assortments to keep our customers coming back, keeping our target customer in mind, as well as the direction of the company.
* Analyze the proper quantities and flow of merchandise for our stores with the help of our friends in planning and allocations.
* Help us pick the right trends that our customers will love.
* Use your eye for strategy to decide visuals, pricing, promotions, and more.
* Coach your colleagues, manage time lines, and mentor future fashionistas.

Requirements:

* University or College degree in Merchandising Management or Fashion Marketing.
* Minimum 5 years + of merchandising management/ retail buying experience.
* Proven people management and leadership skills.
* Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
