Pizza Cook Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Pizza Cook to join our team at Jessy's Pizza. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality pizzas and other menu items to meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and prepare menus, estimating food requirements and requisitioning supplies as needed.
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring presentation and quality meet our standards.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with 35 to 40 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
