Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, coworkers, and partners to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and community engagement.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to resident inquiries, feedback, and concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the apartment community, including marketing, leasing, and maintenance activities.
- Administer and complete minor maintenance and repair work, ensuring that apartments are always in a state of "rent-readiness" and that common areas and grounds are clean and well-maintained.
- Be accessible 24/7 to provide essential service in emergency situations, such as fires, floods, or injuries.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of the role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with residents, coworkers, and partners.
- Detail-oriented and able to resolve problems using facts, sound reasoning, and common sense.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects, including garbage bins, furniture, and appliances.
- Annual Salary: $40,000-$60,000
