We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor, Dietitian Services to join our team at Fraser Health Authority. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the provision of nutrition care to patients in an assigned area.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and lead a team of dietitians and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement clinical nutrition standards, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and excellence in patient care.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide nutrition education and support to patients and families.
- Conduct quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Develop and manage budgets and resources to ensure effective use of resources.
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition from a recognized educational institution and successful completion of an accredited dietetic internship program.
- Four (4) years' recently related experience in clinical nutrition in an acute care setting, including one (1) year experience in a leadership/supervisory role.
- Current registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia.
