Store Manager

At Lordco Auto Parts, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our North Vancouver, BC location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business results, building a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and develop a motivated team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Ensure effective merchandise presentation and inventory management to maximize sales and profitability
- Respond to customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Identify new customers and revenue opportunities for the store
- Participate in regular meetings and provide updates on store initiatives
- 3-5 years of experience in the auto parts retail business
- Strong leadership and people management abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
- Competitive salary range $65k - $80k annually, based on store performance and sales growth
