Food Service Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Kona Ice of Chilliwack. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and ensuring the efficient operation of our food counter.
Key Responsibilities:- Cleanliness and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the storage area and kitchen.
- Food Preparation and Service: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items. Portion and wrap foods. Serve customers at counters or buffet tables. Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas.
- Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas. Keep records of the quantities of food used.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, including taking customers' orders and handling customer inquiries.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Will train.
- Job Type: Permanent.
- Language: English.
- Hours of Work: 30 to 40 hours per week.
