Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

Mary Brown's famous chicken & taters is seeking a Food Counter Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Package take-out food and prepare it for customers
  • Portion and wrap foods to order
  • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items
  • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars
  • Take customers' orders and use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs
Work Environment:

As a Food Counter Attendant, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service. You will be required to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads. Overtime may be required, and you will be expected to work under pressure to meet customer demands.

Requirements:
  • Client focus and efficient interpersonal skills
  • Reliability and ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads
  • Physically demanding work with repetitive tasks
