About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team at Gong Cha Bubble Tea. As a Food Service Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the kitchen and dining area.
    • Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and healthy environment for customers.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals and objectives.
    • Communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience
    • Previous experience in a food service or customer service role is an asset.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
