Requirements

  • Technical Skills: Strong ability to read plans and specifications, proficiency in computer tools (manufacturing software, CRM, inventory, etc.).
  • Soft Skills: Interpersonal interaction skills, leadership ability, teamwork collaboration, diplomacy, tact, and courtesy.
