Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at The Food Kingdom. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
  • Source high-quality ingredients and manage inventory to minimize waste and optimize costs.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to stay ahead of culinary trends and guest preferences.
  • Collaborate with our events team to create customized menus for special occasions and events.
  • Ensure that all kitchen staff are trained and equipped to provide exceptional service and maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
  • Monitor and control kitchen expenses to meet budget targets and optimize profitability.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in menu planning, kitchen operations, and team leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary trends, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
