This position is based in a restaurant setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategies to meet work schedules efficiently.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
  • Provide training to staff regarding their job duties, sanitation, and safety protocols.
  • Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Recruit food service personnel.
  • Ensure that food quality and service standards are consistently upheld.
  • Prepare budget forecasts and cost estimates.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste.
  • Compile and submit reports as required.

  • Oversee the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys.
