About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and physically fit Labourer to join our team at Rainmakers Landscaping. As a Labourer, you will play a crucial role in assisting our landscape construction team with various tasks, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with landscape constructions, including excavation, grading, and installation of hardscapes and softscapes.
  • Tie and secure plants, trees, and other landscape features.
  • Weed, prune, and trim trees and plants to maintain a neat and tidy appearance.
  • Cut grass and perform other lawn maintenance tasks.
  • Rake and collect refuse, and remove litter and garbage from the work site.
  • Cart and spread topsoil and other materials as required.
  • Lay sod or seed, and plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees.
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens to ensure optimal growth and health.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to handle heavy loads, work in various weather conditions, and maintain a high level of manual dexterity and attention to detail.
