Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Nursing Clerk to join our team on a temporary part-time basis for 1 year, with the possibility of extension. The successful candidate will assist the Assistant Director of Resident Care in auditing care plans and ensuring consistency and completeness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in auditing care plans and ensuring consistency and completeness
  • Assist in auditing charts by following a checklist
  • Perform other nursing-related miscellaneous tasks as required

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a RN program, with completion of 2nd year RN program or above preferred
  • Good data entry skills and knowledge of computer software applications, such as Word and Excel
  • Detailed-oriented with good organizational skills
  • Familiarity with medical terminology
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English, with ability to speak Chinese an asset
  • Relevant satisfactory work performance
