Housekeeping Operations Manager

The Aesthetics College of Canada Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our premises.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
- Budgeting and Cost Control: Prepare and manage budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Client Communication: Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
- Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
