About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at The Aesthetics College of Canada Ltd. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our premises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Prepare and manage budgets to ensure cost-effective cleaning operations.
  • Client Communication: Liaise with clients to understand their cleaning needs and preferences.
  • Work Scheduling: Create and manage work schedules to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
