Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
  • Food Quality: Ensure that food meets quality control standards and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Operations: Establish work schedules, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and prepare and submit reports.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and respond to customer complaints in a professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
Work Environment:

This is a fast-paced environment that requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Free parking is available.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.Hours of Work:

30 hours per week.
