Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff

Oversee the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Train and Develop Staff

Provide training and guidance to staff on job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and quality control standards.

Inventory Management

Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and wastage is minimized.

Quality Control

Ensure that food and service meet the highest quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.

Record Keeping

Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business improvement.

Scheduling

Establish and manage work schedules to ensure that staff are adequately covered and that customer service is maintained.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in a food service supervisory role is required.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Hours

40 hours per week is the standard work schedule.
