The F&I Specialist role is responsible for driving store sales growth through the sale of Finance & Insurance (F&I) products and leveraging reporting tools to analyze sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:


• Manage day-to-day business office operations and ensure seamless execution of F&I processes.

• Achieve store sales targets by delivering exceptional F&I product sales and consistently meeting or exceeding Profit Gap Analysis (PGA) results.

• Collaborate with F&I Managers to provide one-on-one sales training and model the Sym-Tech F&I process through live client-facing sales interactions.

• Administer F&I process core competency tests to assess sales team performance.

• Participate in group and store sales training sessions and meetings to stay informed and aligned with company goals.

• Track and report sales performance, providing regular updates to supervisors and identifying areas for improvement.

• Utilize available sales reporting tools to analyze sales data and inform business decisions.

• Engage in account kick-off processes, including pre-kickoff, kickoff, and post-kickoff activities, under the guidance of supervisors.

• Maintain open communication with supervisors, sharing sales updates and highlighting potential opportunities or concerns.

Requirements:


• Proven experience as a Business, Finance, or Sales Manager, preferably with 3+ years in F&I.

• A track record of success in new car automotive retail, with a focus on F&I, sales, and sales management.

• Excellent communication, training, coaching, and relationship-building skills.

• OMVIC certification (for Ontario-based roles).

• A high level of energy and a positive attitude.
