Reporting to the VP of Sales & Marketing, the Director of Marketing will lead the marketing department, creating and executing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive business growth with a customer-centric approach. This role requires a leader with experience in all aspects of marketing, from digital to traditional platforms, while maintaining budgetary accountability. Key responsibilities include developing and executing comprehensive marketing and brand strategies, managing the annual marketing plan and budget, and overseeing social media content creation and ambassador activities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of marketing leadership, expertise across digital, radio, TV, and social media, and strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
