About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Analyst to join our growing QA team at Pandell-ESG. As a QA Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute test plans and schedules to ensure thorough testing of our software products
  • Identify and document bugs and improvements to enhance the overall quality of our products
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure consistency in QA processes and tooling
  • Verify functionality in product deliverables through regression testing and new functionality testing
Requirements
  • 3+ years of software testing experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to interact as part of a team
  • Strong computer configuration and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong initiative and self-motivation for learning
  • Ability to embrace variety, structure, change, and innovation in a high-performance team
