Key Responsibilities- Provide professional, friendly, and engaging service to guests
- Mix and serve a wide range of cocktails and beverages
- Take orders and deliver food and beverage items in a prompt and efficient manner
- Maintain knowledge of all menu items and offerings, including ingredients and preparation methods
- Upsell opportunities and promote our beverage programs
- Follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards
- Ensure a safe and clean working environment
- Previous bartending experience, minimum 1 year, and previous food and beverage service experience in a similar setting
- Valid Alberta ProServe certification
- Mixology knowledge and skills preferred
- Previous point of sale system experience an asset
- Excellent knowledge of all beverage products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
