- Merchandise Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and display of merchandise, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that the store is visually appealing.
- Sales and Customer Service: Foster a positive shopping environment, engage with customers, and promote sales through effective communication and product knowledge.
- Inventory Control: Conduct regular inventory audits, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained, adhering to company standards and health and safety regulations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience, with a proven track record of success in a supervisory role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 44 hours per week.
