This role is responsible for managing the health and reliability of Conga's cloud infrastructure and production systems. You'll lead a team of reliability engineers and work closely with multiple stakeholders to design, build, and operate technical relationships. Your expertise will drive efficiency and support the implementation of new initiatives.
We invest in our team and a variety of technical initiatives and innovations. If you have a passion for cloud architecture and operations, and a track record of managing cloud infrastructure solutions on Azure, AWS, or IBM platforms, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the health and reliability of Conga's cloud infrastructure and production systems
- Lead a team of reliability engineers and work closely with multiple stakeholders
- Design, build, and operate technical relationships between organizational stakeholders
- Provide insight and support into the operations and implementation of new initiatives
- Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for cloud solutions, migrations, and deployments
- 12+ years of experience as an architect or lead engineer, with at least 5 years focused on cloud architecture and/or managing an operations team
- Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure solutions on Azure, AWS, or IBM platforms
- Strong understanding of cloud computing (network infrastructure, IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS cloud delivery models)
- Ability to design and implement strategic roadmaps for cloud solutions, migrations, and deployments
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
