About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team at New Vision Insurance Services Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to support our sales team.
  • Financial Management: Plan and control budgets and expenditures to ensure efficient use of company resources.
  • Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain a high level of operational efficiency.
  • Office Administration: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure a productive work environment.
  • Recruitment: Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts and agreements with clients and vendors.
  • Training and Development: Manage training and development strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Customer Service: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Communication: Oversee the development of communication strategies to ensure effective internal and external communication.
  • Senior Management Support: Advise senior management on operational matters and provide support as needed.
  • Employee Support: Respond to employee questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • Digital Database Management: Maintain and manage digital databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Client Support: Consult with clients after sales to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
  • Project Management: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure timely completion and high quality results.
  • Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure a high level of efficiency and productivity.
