Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk

Misteelco Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for managing and processing accounts payable, preparing journal entries, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage accounts payable, including invoicing and payment processing
  • Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to accounts payable
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field
  • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
