Customer Service Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Dream House Kitchens & Interiors. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services, as well as any relevant policies and procedures.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a fair and empathetic manner, escalating issues to management as necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including complaints and feedback.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide informed and effective support to customers.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
