Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

At Mucho Burrito, we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development
  • Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies
  • Hire and train new food service staff
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and customer service
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Work Environment:

Our food service operations are based in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to work on site and be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
