About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 CE Helpdesk Consultant to join our team at InterEx Group. As a Helpdesk Consultant, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to clients using Dynamics 365 CE
  • Identify and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365 CE
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Dynamics 365 CE features and releases

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience working as a Dynamics 365 CE Consultant
  • Strong technical skills in Dynamics 365 CE
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
