About the Role

CERM is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Site Implementation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our software consultancy team, you will be responsible for implementing the CERM system, providing customer support, and delivering training and consultancy to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead implementation projects to a successful conclusion
  • Work with product management, helpdesk, and other teams to ensure an excellent customer experience
  • Manage accounts at a high level within the assigned region
  • Travel to customer sites up to 50% of the time
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Requirements
  • Experience of at least one ERP package, either as a consultant or as a senior end user
  • Solid interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
