About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at TWICE THE DEAL PIZZA. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading our food service team and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Onboarding
    • Recruit and onboard new team members, including newcomers and refugees, to ensure a smooth transition into our team.
    • Support new hires with foreign credential recognition and language training.
  • Support for Veterans
    • Recruit and hire Veterans and other candidates with military experience through targeted hiring initiatives.
    • Work closely with our HR team to ensure a seamless hiring process.
  • Operations Management
    • Oversee daily food service operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service or related role.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced food service environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and team collaboration.
    • Work 32 to 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
