About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at TWICE THE DEAL PIZZA. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our food service team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Onboarding
    • Recruit and onboard new team members to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
  • Customer Service and Support
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Team Management and Development
    • Lead and manage our food service team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team members' skills and knowledge.
  • Operational Efficiency
    • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.
    • Ensure efficient inventory management, ordering, and storage procedures.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with team members, management, and external partners to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
    • Ability to lead and manage a team.
    • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
    • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
