Position OverviewWe are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate HR Operations Leader to enhance our human resources functions. This role is crucial in managing our HR initiatives, focusing on attracting and nurturing talent that aligns with our strategic objectives. You will play a key role in creating a workplace where employees can thrive, ensuring that we have the right talent to propel our business forward.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee all aspects of human resources including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Design and implement HR policies and procedures that align with business goals.
- Manage employee benefits programs and liaise with external providers.
- Address employee inquiries and resolve workplace issues effectively.
- Support organizational development and change management initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR management.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Proven expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates, with the ability to develop effective recruitment strategies.

- Performance Management: Experience in designing and managing performance evaluation systems, coaching employees to achieve their goals.
