Position Title: Business Systems Analyst
Location: Fredericton, NB (Onsite)

Duration: 2 years
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; a combination of education and experience may be acceptable.
- A minimum of twenty (20) years of relevant experience showcasing SBSA capabilities.
- At least four (4) years of direct experience in eHealth service delivery and operational support.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English is mandatory.
- Experience in supporting eHealth initiatives and operational functions in a Senior Business Analyst capacity.
- Proven track record in facilitation, leading to clear and concise user stories and business use cases.
- Change management skills to aid operational and project activities.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and experience in agile development methodologies.
- Experience with Identity as a Service (IDaaS) solutions.
- A technical background and relevant experience may be advantageous.
