Job Title: Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Black Tar Corp.

Job Summary:

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
  • Administer benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and time-off policies
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Develop and implement training programs for employees
  • Manage employee data and maintain accurate records
  • Provide HR support to management and employees
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
