Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, addressing their needs promptly, and resolving any issues efficiently.
  • Manage check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing guest information and payments.
  • Provide comprehensive information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, creating a welcoming and professional environment for guests.
  • Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure seamless operations and a positive guest journey.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in English language.
