As a Maintenance Equipment Technician within the Operations division, your responsibilities will encompass the installation, upkeep, and repair of slot machines and electronic devices crucial to the casino's functionality. Your tasks will include:

  • Delivering outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis
  • Executing preventive maintenance, installation, and assessment of new gaming equipment
  • Performing necessary repairs and evaluations on gaming devices, game management systems, and progressive jackpot displays
  • Ensuring the reliability of equipment and communicating any concerns to supervisors
  • Completing technical projects under the guidance of the gaming department
  • Maintaining inventory records and required repair documentation
  • Supporting management decision-making by providing technical insights
  • Assisting with technical support across various departments
  • Applying relevant procedures to the technician role

Qualifications: College Diploma in Electrotechnology, a minimum of 1-year relevant experience, strong customer service capabilities, teamwork skills, knowledge of mechanical and electronic components, problem-solving abilities, proficiency in English, and availability for flexible shifts (day, evening, night, weekends, and holidays).
