About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our team at Mary Brown's Chicken. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing restaurant operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Restaurant Operations: Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and cashiers.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and have a positive dining experience.
  • Financial Management: Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
  • Marketing and Promotions: Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
Requirements
  • Education: Completion of a college diploma in hospitality management or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a fast-casual or quick-service environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Proficient in restaurant operations, including food safety and sanitation procedures.
