About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personal Lines Account Executive to join our global brokerage team at GGB - Global. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving new business revenue growth and delivering comprehensive Personal Insurance solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business income and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Achieve sales targets by planning and prioritizing sales activities, utilizing Gallagher lead systems.
  • Deliver clients tailored insurance solutions, ensuring underwriting frameworks are adhered to.
  • Ensure Gallagher's world-class quality of service standard is always upheld with clients.
About You
  • You have a strong background in Personal Lines Home and Auto Broking, with a proven track record of success in sales.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop deep relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • You are highly tech-savvy, with the ability to learn new systems, tools, and processes with ease.
  • You hold an active and in good standing Insurance License, and have completed or intend to pursue relevant certifications, such as CIP or CAIB.
