Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Risk Management Specialist to join our Investment Risk & Control team, where you will play a vital role in the risk management of our high-performing Point-of-Sale Financing division.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in the Receivable Purchase Program funding audit cycle, ensuring adherence to approved policies and parameters.
- Identify and flag contracts that do not meet the eligibility requirements of the program and escalate issues to the respective parties.
- Provide clear and concise summaries of audit findings and recommendations to senior staff within the IRC group.
- Maintain detailed records and follow up to resolve any deficiencies noted.
- Monitor exposures within each Seller's program to ensure compliance.
- Ensure funding and/or credit packages are complete.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- 3 years' experience in a similar or related role.
- Experience and understanding of US and CAD securitization and leasing would be an asset.
- Advanced computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, and ability to learn new systems.
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to multitask.
- Excellent critical thinking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and business communications skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and sound judgment to independently problem solve.
