Position Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Field Service Technician to join our team, focusing on the Manitoba-Winnipeg region.

Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Performing assigned service tasks for ELGA and related equipment across the United States.
  • Providing direct onsite service, support, and installation to our clients promptly.
  • Engaging in sales support activities, including customer demonstrations, trade show participation, and following up on sales leads.
  • Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time is essential for this role.

Qualifications
Ideal candidates will possess:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in servicing laboratory equipment, with a strong emphasis on self-management.
  • A background in the service industry, demonstrating a customer-oriented approach and professionalism.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital circuits, wiring, programming logic, electrical components, and electronics.
  • Experience in commissioning and validation is advantageous.
  • Strong mechanical instrumentation skills.
  • A solid understanding of water chemistry and purification technologies.
  • Exceptional communication abilities.
