About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Technician to join our team at IQVIA. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, testing, and maintaining medical devices and equipment at customer sites across the country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, test, and maintain medical devices and equipment at customer sites
  • Provide technical support and training to customers on the use and maintenance of medical devices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and advancements in medical device technology
Requirements
  • Active and unrestricted driver's license
  • Comfortable with basic software programs and Microsoft operating system
  • Ability to assemble and disassemble equipment and devices
  • Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Experience in healthcare, pharmacy technician, field service, engineering, biomedical, maintenance, customer service, electronics, electrical, technical work, or IT
