About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Fonseca Household. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide essential care and assistance to elderly clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Household Management: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including laundry and meal preparation.
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, engaging in activities such as conversation, reading, and exercise.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals to clients, taking into account their dietary needs and preferences.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Work Setting: Work in the client's home, providing one-on-one care and support.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs) and perform repetitive tasks.
