Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Jodi Rachman Patel. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care, including bathing and grooming
  • Assist with medication administration and management
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Provide companionship and social interaction
  • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • CPR Certificate and First Aid Certificate
  • Criminal record check and reference required
Work Environment:

Our clients live in their own homes, and as a Home Support Worker, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to handle heavy loads and work under pressure.
