Job Title: Home Support Worker

LIDA NOOR POUR is seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personal care and support to clients in their homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene
  • Assist in regular exercise, e.g., walking
  • Feed or assist in feeding
  • Launder clothing and household linens
  • Mend clothing and linens
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Plan therapeutic diets and menus
  • Provide companionship
  • Provide personal care
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Will train
  • Criminal record check
  • Combination of sitting, standing, walking
  • Up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
Work Environment:

Our clients live in their own homes, and as a Home Support Worker, you will work in a non-smoking environment. Optional accommodation is available at no charge on a live-in basis, but this is not a condition of employment.
