Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Officer to join our team at Bramcity Logistic Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting industrial and commercial business investment in rural and urban areas, as well as performing administrative tasks, recruiting and hiring staff, and providing consulting services to government and other organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer programs to promote industrial and commercial business investment in rural and urban areas
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data analysis and reporting
  • Recruit and hire staff, including developing job descriptions and conducting interviews
  • Provide consulting services to government and other organizations, including conducting research and providing recommendations
  • Conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote business investment in rural and urban areas
  • Review and evaluate commercial or industrial development proposals
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, business leaders, and community organizations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, economics, or marketing
  • 1-2 years of experience in business development, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, with a large workload and tight deadlines. The position requires strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team.
